Open Book Recruitment is a specialist independent recruitment company, that provides high quality permanent staff to small businesses , SMEs and some of the biggest named businesses across the UK.

Launched in 2017, owner Brett Froggatt decided to assess the recruitment industry and find out "why do recruitment companies sometimes have such a bad name!"

He felt that some companies (not all), will put ridiculous targets on their employees and that they sometimes seem to forget the meaning of a business relationship. This is what he came up with:

• No sales calls targets - We can now focus on filling vacancies and provide the very best candidates for our Clients.
• No targets on the amount of CVs sent out, our Clients will only receive the best CVs that suit their vacancies
• We still use the same resources and job boards as the multi-national companies, without laying the cost onto the Client
• Low fees. Due to absence of major shareholders, multiple directors and a chain senior management
